Bloomington native, free agent and ex-Bears QB Rex Grossman wrote a letter, extolling the virtues of having a union. He sent it to Indiana politicians, and a similar letter was sent by Jay Cutler, whose hometown is Santa Claus, Indiana.

Governor Mitch Daniels signed a law making Indiana a right-to-work state, anyway.

Union workers have begun protesting and the protesters who’ve descended upon the Super Bowl village in downtown Indianapolis have been chanting “No Super Bowl!”, though some of them claim that they don’t plan on shutting it down despite those verbal threats.

Hit “Like” if you hope Super Bowl XLVI goes off without a hitch (unless you are talking about a Mario Manningham or Chad Ochocinco hitch route for a touchdown).
